PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with The Welsh Farmhouse Company you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact one of our team before placing an order with us, either by telephone on 01834 861123, by email at info@welshfarmhousecompany.com or by post using the address given below.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to The Welsh Farmhouse Company to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offered purchase of goods has been accepted. A contract between you and The Welsh Farmhouse Company for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Your credit/ debit card will be authorised when you order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of your goods until the point that they are dispatched to you. At the same time we will also send an email confirming dispatch.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days.

PAYMENT & TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA and SWITCH. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax and VAT. The current rate of VAT is 15%.

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 3 working days. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

FREE DELIVERY - on all orders over £75, for mainland UK only.

STANDARD DELIVERY - cost £4.95 per delivery address. Monday - Friday only. Please allow 3 working days for your delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - BFPO and non-mainland UK - postage is charged at cost.
Note: All overseas delivery are subject to local imports and duties, and may be affected by customs and excise delays. Please note that The Welsh Farmhouse Company can not be liable for any import duties and taxes imposed.

RETURNS

At The Welsh Farmhouse Company we aim to provide excellent service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

In the event of goods being damaged on receipt, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. Under no circumstances must goods be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the goods may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damaged claims.

If you are not happy with your Welsh Farmhouse Company goods please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.  You can use the bag provided by The Welsh Farmhouse Company to return the goods.

You will receive an invoice and a separate delivery and returns form with your goods. Please complete all the details on the returns form for each item you are returning including the reason for your return. (Reasons stated on returns form). Please give as many comments as you can. This feedback is very useful.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge. 

Limited Christmas offer - We are happy to arrange a free collection on returns for any goods purchased from 5/12/16 - 16/01/17. (This offer can only be redeemed on one occasion)

Important

 

• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we  will refund you the difference.

 

 • If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment is needed.

 

• Replacement items will be sent to you free of P&P charges.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

 

The Welsh Farmhouse Company Gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods at The Welsh Farmhouse Company, 35 High Street, Narberth, Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK, SA67 7AS and can also be used to purchase goods online at www.welshfarmhousecompany.com or over the telephone on 01834 861 123.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.

Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale products.

The system will not give any change. If something costs £11 the maximum amount to be paid in vouchers would be £10. A warning message will be shown if the user tries to pay with an amount of voucher superior to the price of its order.

When redeeming gift vouchers online or over the telephone you will be required to give the five digit serial number displayed on the back of the voucher

If you have to return goods you have purchased online using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will send you the equivalent value in Gift Vouchers to redeem against future purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher – check your voucher to find out when to use it by.

If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we’re afraid we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the address entered is incorrect.

In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.

If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).

For multiple gift vouchers, enter one set of voucher codes at a time.

The online gift voucher offer is exclusive to www.welshfarmhousecompany.com. This offer applies to online purchases only.

As you’d expect, we reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemental to any additional terms that might apply to specific transactions (such as special offers or promotions) and to the use of gift vouchers whose terms are set out separately.

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information to any outside party. We will not trade, sell, resell or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
