This product takes the guess work out of preparing pizza, pie bases, lasagne sheets and filo pastry. The rolling pin has three sets of removable discs which raise the rolling surface to create the required pastry thickness - 2mm, 6mm or 10mm. This clever device also ensures that the pastry or dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout. Measurements etched into the wooden surface aid with pastry size requirements.
